- Never say “no comment.” If don’t want to answer, just say: “I can’t answer to that, but what I can tell you is…” to redirect the conversation

Approval
- SMs may conduct interviews if they do not interfere with mission after obtaining first line supervisor approval
- E5 and above to supervise interview
