Common Access Card

Appointments must be made online or by phone.

In order to get a new CAC card, update info on DEERS, get a Family Member or Sponsor Military ID, use this address to find the site closest to you:   https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/#/

The Hawaii National Guard manages four locations where you can get CAC Cards- Kalaeloa, Oahu; Hilo, Hawaii; Lihue, Kauai, and Kahului, Maui.

For Oahu personnel, there are six locations listed on the site, one is HING hosted. The one HING location in Kapolei also takes phone appointments at 1-808-844-6425.

For Hawaii personnel, our HING location in Hilo is listed on the site, so you can make an appointment online. However, you can also call 1-808-844-6607 and book an appointment.

For Maui personnel, our HING location is not listed, you must call 1-808-789-0637 and make an appointment.

For Kauai personnel, the PMRF location is listed, but our HING location is not, you must call 1-808-844-6730 and make an appointment.
