This undated photograph shows a McDonnell Douglas F-4C Phantom waiting to launch. Under the left wing is an orange tow target. It looks like the Phantom is flying out of Kaneohe Marine Corps Air Station. The 199th Fighter Squadron was probably flying against the assigned Marine squadron.
