Check Six -1937: John Rodgers Airport

This photograph shows the John Rodgers Airport along the future Lagoon Drive. It was taken on September 14, 1937. 

The airport and facilities developed over the years until the Honolulu International Airport opened in 1962. It was renamed the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in 2017.
