Taps: Buenaventura Larry “Benny” Lagapa

Buenaventura Larry “Benny” Lagapa, 67, of Haleiwa, a Tesoro gas station manager for Haleiwa and Hauula, and a veteran of the Army and National Guard, passed away in Haleiwa on June 2, 2014. He was born in Honolulu.

He is survived by wife Donna M.A.; sons Frederick, Douglas, Bertran and Buenaventura Jr.; brother Edwardo; sisters Alice Lagapa, Marilyn Dods and Amalia Lopez; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
