The Adjutant General, Maj Gen Kenneth Hara will host a promotion for Colonel Duke M. Ota, Jr. and Colonel Thomas J. James. Governor David Y. Ige will conduct virtual ceremony on Wednesday 23, 2020 at 10:30 am.
