Gordon Lau emailed in about a recent “New Readers” post. Gordon identified the “wsalas” listed as Wayne Salas from the fighter flight line. Thanks to Gordon and welcome to Retiree News to Wayne.
Billy Chang submitted a website link – http://pcsupport.about.com/ – that has lots of information about computer repair. He said it was from the IT folks he worked with at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
SMSgt Robert Joy, Manpower and Personnel Superintendent of the 154th Force Support Squadron emailed with information about ID Cards. The squadron is open to issue ID cards and update DEERS information on Tuesdays and Thursdays 0900-1200 every week.
For older retirees, the 154th Force Support Squadron formed when the 154th Mission Support Flight merged with the 154th Services Flight. ID cards are still issued in the 154th Mission Support Group facility, second floor.
If you are planning to go in for an ID card, you should call 448-8235, ext 2 for more information.
There are several other locations on Oahu that issue ID cards. Go to https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/rsl/appj/site. Appointments are required at these locations.
