Brig Gen Joseph Kim emailed Retiree News, to pass on information about Sandy Hoggan’s services.

The funeral will be on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, starting at 1715, at the Mililani Mortuary Park & Mortuary.

Additional information will be in the obituary, usually posted about 3-4 days prior to the date of the service.
