Kathy Berg was promoted to brigadier general, a first in the Hawaii Air National Guard. This photograph was taken at the reception that followed the pinning ceremony was in the Governor’s Ceremonial Room at the Hawaii State Capitol.
* Kristen was a photographer and later a First Sergeant in the 154th Wing. In 2016, she and her husband, Chad, relocated to Wisconsin. She continued her Guard career and retired from the Wisconsin ANG. She now serves as the tasting room manager at the Spirits of Norway Vineyard.
* Kathy retired from the Guard after serving in two positions at the then-United States Pacific Command in 2009 and later from her long time position at the University of Hawaii, Manoa.
* Sue retired in the early 2000s as the Director of Personnel. She and her husband Bob later relocated to Arizona.
