In the photograph (L-R): Spec. Duane Caceres, a merchandiser fro Hilo stands by as 1Lt Moses Kaoiwi, a police officer from Hilo, and SSG Clyde M. Tabata, a full-time maintenance platoon sergfean with the Hawaii National Guard at Hilo confer on security operation at one of Lihue’s shopping centers.

The soldiers are members of Hilo’s Headquarters & Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 299th Infantry.
