Loadmasters from the Hawaii Air National Guard’s 204th Airlift Squadron conduct flare deployment training in the airspace above Hawaii. The HIANG is incorporating area illuminating flares to enhance low-light astronaut rescue ops while supporting NASA’s SpaceX Human Space Flight program.
