Korean War Veterans Association hosted its annual banquet December 9 at Pagoda Hotel in the International Ballroom.
The Korean War Veterans Association is a veterans’ service organization which seeks to preserve the interest in the welfare of Korean War veterans and their families.
Ronald Han retired as a colonel after a long career in the Air Force and the Hawaii Air National Guard. After his retirement in 2011, Governor Neil Abercrombie appointed Ron as the Director of the Office of Veterans Services during the first year of his administration. Ron was reappointed in 2015 by Governor David Ige. During his tenure as the director, Ron has done an exceptional job with the veterans and veterans’ programs.
