Taps: Francis Michael Guigui

Francis Michael Guigui, born September 14, 1938 in Waialua, and passed away peacefully at home on August 21, 2017, at the age of 78. He graduated from Waialua High School in 1956, served 12 years with the Hawaii National Guard missile unit, and retired from GTE Hawaiian Tel/Verizon after 31 years.

He is survived by his wife, Amy; son, Michael; three grandsons, Daemon, Pono, Anthony; brothers, Richard (Momi), Lawrence (Wanda); sisters, Julita (Ray) Ford, Janet Stephens, and many nieces and nephews.

The remembrance and celebration of his life will begin at 9 AM, Thursday, September 21, 2017, at St. Joseph’s Church in Waipahu, with Mass at 11 AM. Burial services will follow in Kaneohe at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary, Hillcrest Section III at 2 PM.
