Tracey Omori promoted to colonel

On Friday, August 18, 2017, Tracey Omori was promoted to colonel in a pinning ceremony at the United States Property and Fiscal Office. BG Keith Tamashiro, commander of the Hawaii Army National Guard, was the senior officer officiating the ceremony.

Attending the ceremony was COL Omori’s family, some who flew in from Hilo. There were many retirees in attendance, including several former Property and Fiscal Officers.

Congratulations to Colonel Tracey Omori on her well deserved promotion.
