Exercise Tiger Balm is a United States Army, Pacific (USARPAC) sponsored exercise conducted annually since 1981 with the Singapore Armed Forces, to enhance regional security, interoperability and country-to-country military relationships. The exercise location rotates between Hawaii in even-numbered fiscal years and Singapore in odd-numbered fiscal years.
Joe Chaves retired as a major general and his last assignment was with United States Army Pacific (USARPAC).
“Butch” Correa retired as a major general and his last assignment was the Adjutant General in the last 1990s.
