Retiree Update – Charles Goo: Chuck served with the 297th Air Traffic Control Squadron at Kalaeloa. After his military and technician retirement, he relocated to Thailand many years ago. In a recent email exchange, Chuck mentioned he has not be back to Hawaii in seven years. Great catching up with Chuck.

Chuck shared this photograph with Steve Abear when he visited Thailand. Steve is another second generation Guardmember. His father, Felix, served with the 201st Combat Communications Group in the Logistics Branch. On the civilian side, he worked with the 15th Air Base Wing. Steve’s mother, Pat, worked at the Clothing Sales Store, when it was located on the corner of B Street and Hanger Avenue.
