Richard K. Tokairin, 84, of Pearl City, passed away on September 23, 2016. He was born in Wahiawā. Richard was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired Airports Supervisor.

He is survived by his wife, Elsie; son, Reed (Jerre) and daughter, Roxanne.
