Born in Honolulu, she was a bookkeeper, owner of BHRS and a US Air Force veteran.
Visitation: 9:30 a.m. October 22 at Kamehameha School’s Bishop Memorial Chapel, service at 10:30 a.m. Scattering of ashes will be held at 8:00 a.m. on October 23 in front of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. No flowers, lei are welcome.
Libby was part of the first group of female recruits in the 201st Combat Communications Group. She later served in the 293d Combat Communications Squadron. Aloha Pumehana Libby.
