Taps: Howard Mitsuto Inoue

Howard Mitsuto Inoue, 85, of Kāne‘ohe, a retired chief warrant officer and supervisory contract specialist for the Hawai‘i Army National Guard as well as an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died on July 14, 2016. He was born in Mountain View, Hawai‘i .

He is survived by wife Yaeko “Nancy”; son Dan; daughters Robyn Watanabe and Corrie Koerner; brother Ronald; sisters Joyce Fiske, Yaeko “Chuck” Tengan and Pearl Nako; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Visitation: 5 p.m. August 5 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m.
