Taps: Aurora Lee

Retiree News is sad to report that Aurora Lee passed away on Sunday morning at the Veterans Affairs Continuing Living Center at Tripler Army Medical Center.  Caz Ross emailed this information into Retiree News.

Aurora was the first female non-prior recruit in the 169th Aircraft Control & Warning Squadron.  She later worked in the 154th Mission Support Flight before volunteering for a tour at the National Guard Bureau.  She ended up serving on several tours before retiring.  Aurora later returned to the National Guard Bureau as a contractor.
