Transfer of Authority
Kalaeloa, Hawaii- Governor David Y. Ige presided over a “Transfer of Authority” ceremony in which outgoing state adjutant general, Maj. Gen. Darryll Wong, formally relinquished his authority to incoming state adjutant general, Brig. Gen. Arthur “Joe” Logan, in front of the 29th Infantry Brigade Readiness Center at Kalaeloa.
