Ronald Gabriel Vicens, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Electric Co. underground foreman and a National Guard veteran, passed away on November 12, 2013. He was born in Honolulu.
He is survived by son Ronald G. II, daughter Kaleleonalani K.A. White, three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
