Question for TAG:

Will the air conditioning be repaired at Bowers Armory? The system has been broken for over a year now with a couple weeks in between when it has worked. This is a concern because office temperature becomes high and even higher when fully occupied during drill weekends. This leads to AGR soldiers and MDay soldiers working in sometimes unbearable conditions as there are offices without and windows. Prior to this drill the armory was infested with rats that we would often see. The rat problem seems to have been addressed but we still have no AC and air circulation. Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

My team has followed up with the Construction & Facility Management Office (CFMO). We are tracking three outstanding work orders to repair HVAC systems in rooms 216-219, 220-222, and 146-163. The CFMO has followed up with the contractor in which we are pending a status. Your Administrative Officer, MAJ Antoque, is included in the follow up emails and will be provided the status soonest.
