Governor, Honolulu Mayor And Emergency Management Leaders To Provide Update On Kona Low 2 Weather Event
What: Governor Josh Green, Mayor Rick Blangiardi and emergency management leaders will provide an update on the response to the Kona Low 2 weather event.
When: Friday, March 20, 5:30 p.m.
Where: Hawai‘i Emergency Management Agency, Joint Information Center
4204 Diamond Head Road, Honolulu, Building 303.
Who: Governor Josh Green, Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi, Hawai‘i Adjutant General Major General Stephen Logan, Department of Transportation Director Ed Sniffen, U.S. National Weather Service Honolulu Meteorologist John Bravender. (A subject matter expert on dams from the Department of Land and Natural Resources will be available for questions.)
Details: This event is for invited guests and media only. All journalists are asked to RSVP immediately.
Credentialed members of the media are invited to participate in person.
The Joint Information Center is located in Building 303. Park as close as you can to the building and we will bring you through the front door.
