The DART course is to help front-line first responders and emergency management personnel to recognize and assess an unmanned aircraft event for a potential threat, and to give basic awareness of how to assess and mitigate that threat. Participants will gain the knowledge and tools necessary to detect, identify, track, assess, mitigate and respond to commercial and hobbyist unmanned aircraft operations in the United States.
