The unit is scheduled to attain operational status by July of this year.In March the 293rd Combat Communications Squadron (293rd CCSQ), 201st Combat Communications Group (CCGP), sent its satellite communications signal to the 4th CCGP at Andersen Air Force Base (AFB), Guam, where it was looped back to the 293rd CCSQ.
