Selected Reserve Incentive Program

The Army National Guard Selected Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP) is a set of authorized incentives used by the Army National Guard to support recruiting, retention, and readiness within the Selected Reserve. SRIP offers financial benefits to eligible Soldiers who enlist, reenlist, or extend their service.

Student Loan Repayment Program

An incentive designed to help eligible Soldiers repay qualifying Student loans in exchange for military service in the Army National Guard.

Blended Retirement System Continuation Pay

A one-time, mid-career monetary incentive authorized under the Blended Retirement System to encourage continued service by eligible Soldiers. Continuation Pay is offered to Soldiers who are enrolled in the Blended Retirement System and who have completed the required years of qualifying service, in exchange for a monetary service obligation in the Selected Reserve.
