TIER 1: E4-E5 15T MOS Qualified; Current member of the Hawaii Army National Guard.

TIER 2: E4-E5 15T Non-MOS Qualified; Current member of the Hawaii Army National Guard.

TIER 3: E4-E5 15T MOS Qualified; Current member of the Army National Guard. NATIONWIDE.
