Open to members of the Army National Guard in the grade of E4 to E5, 15T MOS Qualified.

TIER 1: E4 – E5 15T MOS Qualified; Current member of the Hawaii Army National Guard.

TIER 2: E4 – E5 15T Non-MOS Qualified; Current member of the Hawaii Army National Guard.

TIER 3: E4 – E5 15T MOS Qualified; Current member of the Army National Guard. NATIONWIDE.
