Open to members of the Army National Guard in the grade of O2-O3, 02A AOC Qualified.

TIER 1: O3, 02A AOC Qualified, Captains Career Course completed; Current member of the Hawaii Army National Guard.
TIER 2: O3 or O2 (DA Select for promotion to O3), 02A AOC Qualified; Current member of the Hawaii Army National Guard.
