U.S. Army soldiers of the U.S. Army National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR), prepare their equipment prior to weapons qualification as part of the 2015 Hawaii Army National Guard and Reserve Best Warrior Competition March 6, 2015, at Marine Corps Base Hawaii.
