This library contains PDFS published under Hawaiʻi Administrative Rules (HAR) Chapter 11-200 (the 1996 rules) and EAs and EISs for actions grandfathered in under HAR Chapter 11-200.1 (the 2019 rules). The projects may or not be in compliance with Hawaiʻi Electronic Information Technology Disability Access Standards .
Use the Table Search Box (below) to filter columns by typing one or more relevant parameters from the various columns. Include a space–but no punctuation–between search terms. For example, typing “Maui FEA 2005” into the Search Box will produce a list of the Final EAs for Maui published in 2005.
