TIER 1: W1-W4 420A0 MOS Qualified, on-board AGR; Current member of the Hawaii Army National Guard.

TIER 2: W1-W4 420A0 MOS Qualified, Current member of the Army National Guard (IDT or AGR), NATIONWIDE
