Open to military members within the rank of O1/2LT through O4/MAJ within the Hawaii Air National Guard or members who are eligible to become a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard and are eligible to retrain and meet specialty qualifications for Space Operations outlined in the AFOCD to obtain 13S/17D/14N AFSC.
