2nd Area of Consideration: Nationwide, open to military members within the rank of A1C/E3 through TSgt/E6 who are qualified in the AFSC 2A6X4 and eligible to become a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard
3rd Area of Consideration: Hawaii National Guard members or Nationwide, open to military members within the rank of A1C/E3 through TSgt/E6 who are eligible to meet AFSC 2A6X4 requirements to retrain and eligible to become a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard
