2nd Area of Consideration: Nationwide, open to military members within the rank of E4/SrA through E5/SSgt who are qualified in the AFSC 2A954 and eligible to become a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard.
3rd Area of Consideration: Hawaii Air National Guard members or Nationwide within the rank of E4/SrA through E5/SSgt who are eligible to meet AFSC 2A954 requirements to retrain.
