1st Area of Consideration: Open to military members within the rank of O1/2LT (promotable to 1LT) through O4/MAJ within the Hawaii Air National Guard with the AFSC 13S3B.
2nd Area of Consideration: Nationwide. Open to military members within the rank of O1/LT (promotable to 1LT) through O4/MAJ who are eligible to become a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard that has a duty AFSC 13S3B.
3rd Area of Consideration: Nationwide. Open to military members within the rank of O1/2LT (promotable to 1LT) through O4/MAJ within the Hawaii Air National Guard or members who are eligible to become a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard and are eligible to retrain and meet specialty qualifications for Space Operations outlined in the AFOCD to obtain 13SXB AFSC.
