1st Area of Consideration: Open to military members with the rank of E-3/A1C through E-5/SSgt within the Hawaii Air National Guard with the AFSC 1C3X1.
2nd Area of Consideration: Nationwide. Open to military members with the rank of E3/A1C through E5/SSgt who are eligible to become a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard that has a duty AFSC 1C3X1.
3rd Area of Consideration: Open military members with the rank of E3/A1C through E5/SSgt military members within the Hawaii National Guard or those who are eligible to become a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard and are eligible to retrain and meet Specialty Qualifications for Command and Control Operations (ACA) outlined in the AFECD, to obtain 1C3X1 AFSC, with an ASVAB score of 55 in Administration and 57 in General.
