2nd Area of Consideration: Nationwide. Open to military members with the rank of E/8 SMSGT (Promotable to CMSGT – E9/ CMSGT who are eligible to become a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard that has a duty AFSC 2A5XX, 2A6XX.
