This photograph was taken on July 4, 2011 in Kandahar AB, Afghanistan. In the photograph are (L-R) are 1SG Stephanie Hika, Capt Jeffrey Hickman and Maj Melina Juan, celebrating the Fourth of July. They were the command section of the 117th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment (117 MPAD).
