This undated photograph shows Nan Proctor and then-Donna Hara working on a CPT word processor. Word processors were the cutting edge replacing electric and some old manual typewriters.

Nan and Donna were members of the then-201st Combat Communications Squadron in Hilo. Both served long careers in the Hawaii Air National Guard. Donna’s last position was as the squadron recruiter.
