Retiree News

Weapon Systems Officers (WSOs) were an integral part of the F-4 Phantom era of the 154th Wing 1976-1987. The WSOs went on to other positions within the Hawaii Air National Guard when the 154th Wing transitioned to F-15 Eagles. Two – Edwin “Skip” Vincent and Stanley “Ossum” Osserman became generals later in their careers. Richard Hastings became the Vice Commander of the 154th Wing during Micheal “Boss” Tice‘s command.

Attached is a listing provided to Retiree News by Stan Osserman many years ago. Many moved to other ANG units still flying F-4 Phantoms, others to positions within the Hawaii Air National Guard, and others retired.
