Mobile telephone switchboards were used at several exercise locations in Korea. The switchboard operators stayed busy patching calls for both inter- and intra-base subscribers.

In the photograph above is Vince Dacanay and James Takakura, both members of the then 201st Combat Communications Flight (later redesignated the 292d Combat Communications Squadron). Both members retired after serving long careers in the Hawaii Air National Guard.
