Justin Harais a third generation Hawai‘i Army National Guard Soldier. He is the son of COL Kenneth Hara and the grandson of the late LTC Henry Hara.

Justin recently returned from Fort Gordon where he completed Advance Individual Training (AIT) as a 25B Information Technology Specialist.

He was part of the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) Gold Phase Ceremony held August 9, 2015. The ceremony took place at the Regional Training Institute in Waimānalo, Hawai‘i. The intent of the RSP is to reduce training pipeline losses by introducing newly enlisted Army National Guard Soldiers to the military environment, and to ease their adjustment to BCT and advanced individual training.

At the ceremony, Justin provided comments as the designated RSP Gold Phase spokesman. During the program, he was promoted to Private First Class, and awarded the Army Achievement Medal. Congratulations Justin!
