Brig. Gen. Bruce Oliveira, Hawaii Army National Guard commander, Brig. Gen. Ryan Okahara, Hawaii Air National Guard commander, and other organizations’ representatives join City and County of Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell and Councilmembers at Honolulu Hale’s City Council Chambers for a the awareness proclamation on March 24, 2015.
