Youth Challenge Academy
The National Guard Youth Challenge Academy is a community-based Quasi-Military program that leads, trains and mentors 16–18-year-olds to become productive citizens in America’s future.
Located: Kalaeloa, Oahu
Registration for Fall 2026, Class 65 is Closed.
The National Guard Youth Challenge Program
The 22-week residential phase is followed by a year-long mentoring relationship with a specially trained member from each youth’s community.
