A socially distanced promotion ceremony was held for Janet G. Lundberg from the rank of Lt. Col. to Colonel, July 10, 2020, Kalaeloa, Hawaii. Distinguished guests, family, and fellow Guardsmen were in attendance with a limited capacity due to the mandatory social distancing guidelines mandated by the state.
