Hawaii National Guard Soldiers and distinguished guests attend the retirement ceremony of Maj. Gen. Arthur J. Logan, former Adjutant General of Hawaii, at the 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team Readiness Center, Kapolei, Hawaii, January 12, 2020. A 13-gun salute conducted at the retirement ceremony, honored Logan after 41 years of military service.
