Check Six: 1977 ATC Training – 41 years ago

In the Spring of 1977, the air traffic control elements of the 201st Combat Communications Group had a joint ATC training. Information with this photograph indicate it was held at Barking Sands. The airman in the photograph in unidentified – can anyone help with the ID?
