The Hawaii Army National Guard hosted a ceremony to name the Keaukaha Military Reservation (KMR) Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) in honor of the late LTC Henry S. Hara, Retired. The ceremony was held on Friday, May 26, 2017.
